Christianity is all about relationships. At NLAG, we strive to build up these relationships in the lives of believers to make them dynamic and alive. When we talk about relationships, we are talking about our relationship with God and our relationship with fellow believers. Thus we aim to develop and establish these key relationships in a person’s life through this cell based church known as “Care cells”.

The great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ was to go and preach the gospel as well as make disciples. Nurturing and mentoring at these care cells strengthen the believers thereby enabling them to fulfill this great commission. As mentioned earlier, these cells emphasize on developing a stronger relationship with God as well as with one another in the body of Christ. So care cells help believers connect with Church. The warmth and compassion that flows through these care cells help believers to grow as mature Christians as well as become ministers to one another.

To fellowship, to grow in the Word and to evangelize is what NLAG aims to highlight through the numerous care cells scattered across the city. The incredible growth that we witness today can be attributed to the effective and organized functioning of the care cells.
