The main focus of women's ministry at NLAG is to evangelize and influence women from all walks of life to be aligned with the purpose of God, thereby to serve in God's kingdom. The other aspect of the women's ministry is to reach out to women and instill in them biblical principles through practical teaching. This equips them into being spiritual leaders for Christ.

New Life women are encouraged to realize their gifts and rise up to serve Christ in different capacities. They are not just involved in the ministry of intercession but also encouraged in preaching of the Word, worship leading in order to become effective leaders.
